The residential complex consists of 8 blocks, situated around an inner park. There are three apartments on each typical floor: with one bedroom, two bedrooms and a two-floor apartment. The largest of them is designed in a more untraditional way in order to re-create a sense of an “individual house”. It is separated on a few vivid levels with void above the living room and a large balcony in stead of a house yard. The balconies have also an aesthetic function to connect the different blocks in a uniform shape without losing the sheerness and visibility to the inner park of the complex The exterior architectural image is designed with dynamic volumes in light and dark wooden cladding together with white plaster on part of the balconies.
